By accessing or using RunLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and our services.

Use of Services

You may use RunLoop only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account, your workspace, or your self-hosted deployment.

RunLoop provides an open-source runtime, managed cloud services, and developer infrastructure for building, deploying, and orchestrating AI agents. The MIT-licensed core may be used freely under the terms of that license. The Cloud Pro and Enterprise tiers are governed by a separate commercial agreement. Misuse of the platform, including running malicious agents, abusing rate limits, or violating model provider terms, may result in suspension or termination of access.

Account Registration

When creating an account or workspace through RunLoop, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API keys, and any activity that occurs under your account.

By signing up or connecting integrations, you consent to receive platform updates, security notices, and service-related communications via email or other provided contact methods. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications anytime from your account settings.

User Data

RunLoop respects your privacy and does not claim ownership of your data, prompts, agent configurations, or outputs. By engaging with our services, you grant us permission to collect and process technical information solely for the purpose of running the platform, supporting your workspace, and improving service reliability.

All data is stored securely and is not shared with or sold to third parties, except as required by law or as expressly authorized by you through an integration. Self-hosted deployments store all data on your own infrastructure, outside our control.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information when registering, contracting, or requesting services
  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas, systems, or other users' workspaces on the RunLoop platform
  • Use the platform to deploy agents that violate model provider terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Cloud or Enterprise platform code beyond what the MIT license permits
  • Harass or threaten RunLoop employees, contributors, or other users in our community channels
Project Agreements & Deliverables

All paid services, including Cloud Pro and Enterprise tiers, are governed by a separate written or click-through agreement outlining scope, term, deliverables, SLAs, and payment terms. Changes or cancellations must comply with the conditions stated in that agreement.

The MIT-licensed RunLoop runtime, all open-source code, and contributions submitted by the community remain governed by the MIT License terms. Cloud-specific features, hosted infrastructure, and proprietary integrations remain the intellectual property of RunLoop Inc.

Termination

RunLoop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or service access if you violate these Terms, abuse our infrastructure, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, account access may be revoked, and related data may be deleted after 60 days unless legally required to be retained or you export it through standard data export tools first.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunLoop Inc. and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website, runtime, or hosted services.

All agent outcomes depend on your configurations, the model providers you connect, and the data sources you authorize. RunLoop cannot be held responsible for agent actions, model provider outages, third-party integration failures, or token costs incurred through your connected providers.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
